  • Course Description

    This course will provide the necessary understanding to analyze the financial decisions made by corporations. We will begin with the overview of corporate finance (financial management), such as the financial objectives, the role of both managers and investors, fundamental of financial statements, financial planning and financial environment. Then, we will discuss the basic concepts in corporate finance, such as financial planning and growth, and time value of money. We will also discuss the principle of financial assets valuation (bonds and stocks valuation). Next, we will discuss some financial tools and techniques that can be used to help manager in maximizing the firm’s value by improving decision relating capital budgeting, project analysis, cash flow estimation, and risk analysis. This course will be stressed on the investments side
